[Most Watch VD]Hulk Hogan to sue former friend Bubba the Love Sponge, sex tape partner Heather Clem for invasion of privacy

Bubba Clem’s lawyer said he hadn’t seen the lawsuit as of Monday afternoon but that his client would never do anything to 'intentionally hurt' Hogan.

Hulk Hogan is tossing another sex tape lawsuit in the ring – adding a state court filing against best pal Bubba the Love Sponge Clem to the federal complaint he promised to file Monday.
“The decision has been made. We’re filing two lawsuits today,” Hogan’s lawyer David Houston told the Daily News. “They start with the same basic concept of invasion of privacy.”

Houston said the complaint against Clem also will name the Tampa shock jock’s ex-wife Heather Clem and contend the swinging spouses made the raunchy recording without Hogan’s consent – an alleged violation of Florida law.
Bubba Clem’s lawyer said he hadn’t seen the lawsuit as of Monday afternoon but that his client would never do anything to “intentionally hurt” Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea.


 “Our position, and Terry knows this, is that Bubba is a victim here too,” lawyer Stephen Diaco told The News. “I don’t know how you sue a victim. Let’s see how it all plays out. Bubba loves Terry, the best man at his wedding. They’re best friends for a lifetime. Bubba would literally take a bullet for the guy.”

He said Clem’s marital settlement prevents him from speaking publicly about the situation.
Hogan, 59, admitted last week that Heather was indeed his sex partner in the grainy black-and-white footage and that Bubba gave his blessing before they turned a giant canopy bed into a naked wrestling mat six years ago.
It was during a “low point” in his crumbling marriage to ex-wife Linda Hogan, he said.
